St Clare’s After School  Classes are starting this week or next week are as follows  .

Children attending afterschool  MUST be registered with the after-school provider before attending the session to give all details of phone numbers , medical details etc…

The afterschool services here in the school are provided by private individuals who are independently insured and child protection vetted . All arrangements for payment and collection etc… are between the parent / guardian and the service provider . 

Mondays : Football skills with James Glancy and Thomas McDonald 
Tuesdays : Football , Fun and fitness with James Mc Dowell and Stuart .

Wednesdays : Tin Whistle with Lorraine  and Piano with Sylvia . 

Thursdays : Dance Club with kathleen  ( Starts next week)

Fridays : Drama with Tori ( This may be in the Glens Center on occasions ) in the school hall normally ( NOT IN CLASSROOM ) and

Football with James Glancy . Please Note Friday football is weather dependent and will be outdoors all the time . It will be cancelled if weather is unsuitable .

Gardening and Tai Chi afterschools will start later in the month .

Manor Childcare organise both before and after-school childcare / child minding services and drop off  collect children from the school at normal school dismissal times . All enquiries to Manor Childcare in the Bee Park Center .

PLEASE NOTE : Children are not supervised by school staff either before or after official school hours . 

i.e.  9am to 2:55pm ( Monday to Thursday) 9am to 1:45 on Fridays . 

       Infant classes finish at 1:45 Monday to Thursday and 1:30 on Fridays .

The Board of Management take no responsibility for children on the school premises outside these times .
